As all our products are custom-made and handmade, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with your order before purchasing. As a small family business, we greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify as soon as possible.
Clothing
Due to the nature of our clothing being limited-release and produced in small batches, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We kindly encourage you to refer to our size guide before purchasing. Our clothing is designed with an oversized fit to allow for growth and longevity.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
